Google quietly made Data Saver mode in Chrome for PC

Data Saver quietly became available for the PC version of Chrome.

Option is not inserted directly into the browser code, and made available after installing the extension Data Saver (Beta), that appears without announcement in the Chrome Web Store on 23 March.
